Wrapping Injuries
There are a multitude of sports injuries. Some are serious and might require surgery, while others are not as serious and might only need to be wrapped. There are simple ways to wrap injuries while others are complicated. These are some injuries that just require to be wrapped.
Wrist:
If anybody has a wrist injury, the first thing they need to do is wrap the medical tape around the wrist, staring on the inside of the wrist. This needs to be done three times around. Next, you need to go at an angle towards your wrist through your thumb. While doing this, do figure eights around the hand. Do this twice. Finally, wrap the wrist again three times to anchor it. Stop at the bottom of the wrist.
