Anatomy
The definition of Anatomy is the branch of science concerned with the body structure of humans, animals, and other living organisms, especially as revealed by dissection and the separation of parts. Basically it is the study that deals with the bones, muscles, and structures of living species on Earth. Within this idea scientists have come to the conclusion that humans are an evolved form of apes.
The word anatomy comes form a Greek text. In Greek ana means "up", while tome means "a cutting". Anatomy has always depended on the dissection of mammals and other living organisms. In Greek and Latin anatomy and dissection have almost the exact same meanings.
